Bloomington Dental Scholarship
Bloomington Dental and Chris A Neilson DDS have been involved in the St George community since 1997. Giving back is what makes a difference in many lives and we want to help those around us.
This year we will be giving a scholarship to one student who is pursuing a career in the healthcare field or dentistry with a $1,000 scholarship to Dixie State University for the 23-24 school year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be accepted to Dixie State University and enrolled in 12+ credits as a full-time student
- Declared major pursuing in a field of Healthcare or Dentistry.
Submit:
- Student application to be completed by the student
- Student Essay: completed by the student on a separate document/sheet of paper. 300-500 words explaining how you plan to meet your personal goals while contributing to society.
- Official transcript
Submit to:
Bloomington Dental Office by June 1, 2023
